Pale yellow with faint green undertones, very clear.

Citrus and tropical fruit, including limes, grapefruits, pineapples, and pears, are combined with floral undertones and a faint minerality on the nose.

Aroma: This wine preserves the freshness typical of Sauvignon Blanc and is bright and acidic. In the taste, citrus flavors are once more detectable, followed by a mineral finish that adds depth.

Excellent as an aperitif and goes well with fish, salad, ceviche, and seafood.
