Signature cheese, In first farm in Tokha, Chandeshwori, tomme is made since late 2007. Tome is the milk cheese of a moderate, semi-firm cow with a beige interior and a thick brownish-gray rind. The cheese typically weights about 18 centimeters in disks, 3 to 4 centimeters in thickness, and weights between 1 and 1.5 kilograms.

It is pressed first, and then matured in a conventional cellar for a minimum of a month, creating the characteristically thick find and adding flavour.
