Campo Viejo Crianza 2015

The Campo Viejo winery produces Campo Viejo Crianza, a red wine from La Rioja. Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%), and Mazuelo (5%), in that order, make up the combination.

The grape is left to ferment after harvest in stainless steel tanks at a set temperature. After that, it spends roughly 10 days being macerated with its skin. Twelve months are spent aging Campo Viejo Crianza in French and American oak casks. Before being sold, it is refined for six months in the bottle.
