One of the smooth, medium, semi-soft French cheese made with cow’s pasteurized milk. It is a cheese made from butter but strong enough to slic. It has a yellow-orange rind which is edible. It is matured with slightly protruding sides in a round loaf, and matures in around four weeks. A wheel around weighs 1,8 kg.
